Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to the Typer app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by NewMeans (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The Application collects certain information automatically to operate the service, understand how it is used, improve gameplay, and measure advertising. We use Unity Gaming Services Analytics and Google Analytics for Firebase for analytics, and Google Mobile Ads and its mediation partners to provide and measure ads.
- Collected Information
- Device or other IDs: App-instance and installation identifiers, and advertising identifiers when permitted by your device settings, platform permissions, and applicable consent choices.
- App Activity: Session and app-open information, gameplay progress and results, stages, in-game interactions, settings actions, virtual item and currency activity, ad-related actions, purchase events, and widget usage counts. We do not receive your payment card details.
- App and Device Information: App version, operating system, device model, language, and general geographic information such as country or region.
- Advertising Information: Ad requests, impressions, interactions, availability, and related consent or privacy signals used to deliver and measure ads.
- Purpose of Collection
- To operate and improve the Application
- To analyze user experience, gameplay patterns, and feature performance
- To measure purchases, advertising, and product performance
- To identify issues and optimize service quality
Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?
This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
Yes. We use the following service providers to process information for the purposes described above:
- Unity Technologies: Unity Gaming Services Analytics and advertising services. See Unity's Privacy Policy.
- Google LLC: Google Analytics for Firebase, Google Mobile Ads, consent management, and related services. See Google's Privacy Policy, How Google uses information from apps that use its services, and Privacy and Security in Firebase.
- Advertising mediation partners: Google Mobile Ads may make ad requests available to mediation partners selected for the Application. Those partners process information under their own privacy policies and the consent choices presented in the Application.
Selected Google Analytics for Firebase event data is exported to Google Cloud BigQuery for internal analysis by NewMeans. Access is restricted to authorized personnel and service accounts.
International data processing
Our service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Their processing is governed by their privacy policies and applicable contractual and legal safeguards.
What are my opt-out rights?
Where privacy options are required or available, you can open the privacy control from the Application's Settings screen to review or change consent choices for Google services. You can also manage advertising tracking permissions in your device settings. Uninstalling the Application stops future collection from the Application on that device.
Data Retention & Deletion Policy
Analytics and advertising data is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, subject to the retention controls and deletion processes available in Unity, Google Analytics, Google Cloud BigQuery, and our advertising services. We delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed, unless a longer period is required by law.
The Application does not require account registration, so analytics records are generally associated with app-instance, installation, or device identifiers rather than a NewMeans account. If you wish to request access to or deletion of data associated with your device, contact us at newmeans.dev@gmail.com. We will review the request and may ask for information reasonably necessary to locate the relevant records. Our ability to identify particular records may be limited if the identifier has been reset or is not available.
Children
The Application is not used to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Service Provider does not knowingly request names, email addresses, or other directly identifying information from children. Parents and legal guardians should monitor their children's use of the Application. If you believe that a child has provided directly identifying information to the Service Provider, contact us at newmeans.dev@gmail.com so that we can review the matter and take appropriate action.
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to their Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
This privacy policy is effective as of 2026-08-17.
Your Consent
Where consent is required, the Application requests it through the privacy controls made available to you. You may review or change those choices where the privacy controls are available. In other cases, information is processed as permitted by applicable law and as described in this Policy.
Contact Us
If you have any questions regarding privacy while using the Application, or have questions about the practices, please contact the Service Provider via email at newmeans.dev@gmail.com.
